COLD FORGING SPLICING METHOD BY SURYA ENGINEERING (HYDERABAD)

Rebar Splicing technology is mainly divided into three Types:

Rebar Splicing -Roll Thread System:

TMT Bar Rib Pressing Methoid: TMT bar first applied on hydraulic Rib press Machine,where ribs to be  pressed to maintain equal OD of Tmt Bar

Tensile strength is increases by pressing the ribs as molecules get compressed and Compact ,due result tensile strength increases.

Rebar Splicing Technology-Rebar Cold forging splicing method

Cutting : TMT bar to be cut perfect perpendicular at Right Angle

Cold Forging Operation : TMT bar to be forged by Rebar cold forging machine so that OD of TMT bar increases due to no lack of cross section area during threading operation

Ex- 32 mm TMT bar is forged upto 36 mm ,addition of 4 mm in OD

Rebar threading operation : TMT bar to be threaded after forging operation as per coupler design

 with standard pitch

Coupler joining process:

Coupler jointing to be done after threading operation.
